Tuesday Chair Yoga

A complete yoga practice without getting onto the floor.  Seated and standing poses, breath work & guided relaxation.

Mythic Monday Slow Flow

Embodied Yogic Mythology & Philosophy viewed through a Rajanaka lens. Enjoy a creative and intelligent sequence to embody the myth.
